Administrative Support Specialist

Morson Talent is currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist to work on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Aerospace industry.
This is a contract of 12 months.
This is an exciting role for someone to act as an Administrative Support Specialist, providing administrative support to a team of 8.
You will report to the Business Control Manager, who you will work for, but provide daily administrative support to the UK Engineering Director, comprising of:
- Diary Management: Daily diary management for the Director and his direct reports on an ad hoc basis.
- Room and Hospitality Bookings: Booking of meeting rooms and arranging hospitality for clients and visitors.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking of travel arrangements for the Director and his team.
- Administrative Tasks: Ordering of stationery, submitting SAP requisitions, and maintaining Health and Safety registers.
- Communication: Fielding phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
- Document Management: Issuing of Technical Documents into SAP.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience with SAP and Concur is preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and systems.
- Administrative Experience: Experienced Administrative Assistant or someone with a background in administration would be ideal.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Trustworthiness: Highly trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability: Willing to adapt to changing circumstances and take on new administrative tasks.
Working Arrangements:
Custom working arrangements are available, with 4 days onsite and 1 day a week working from home.
