Morson Talent is currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist to work on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Aerospace industry. This is a contract of 12 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to act as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to a team of 8. You will report to the Business Coordinator and be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and managing diaries.
- Preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Developing and implementing administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
