Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to inquiries from patients, staff, and other stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, taking necessary actions when required.
- Process urgent referrals and coordinate suitable outpatient appointments.
- Attend team and Trust meetings as requested.

Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade A-C.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience.
Experience

- Demonstrated experience in providing customer-focused support in an administrative capacity.
- Proficient IT skills, including strong keyboard abilities and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven track record of effective communication, particularly with distressed or anxious individuals, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
