Morson Talent is currently recruiting for an Administrative Support Specialist to work on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Aerospace industry.
This is a contract role of 12 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to act as an Administrative Support Specialist, providing administrative support to a team of 8.
You will report to the Business Control Manager, who you will work for, and provide daily administrative support to the UK Engineering Director, comprising of:
- Diary Management: Managing the Director's and his direct reports' daily diaries on an ad-hoc basis.
- Room and Hospitality Bookings: Booking rooms and arranging hospitality for meetings and events.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel arrangements for the Director and his team.
- Administrative Tasks: Ordering stationery, submitting SAP requisitions, and maintaining health and safety registers.
- Communication: Fielding phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
- Document Management: Issuing technical documents into SAP and maintaining accurate records.
- Event Planning: Coordinating meetings, events, and presentations.
- Security and Access: Booking security and access for visitors and ensuring smooth meet and greet processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with SAP and Concur.
- Skills: Highly organized, computer literate, and experienced in providing administrative support.
- Personality: Trustworthy, adaptable, and able to work at all levels.
This role offers flexible working arrangements, with 4 days onsite and 1 day a week working from home.
