We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Safer Homes team as a Contractors Coordinator. As a key point of contact for external contractors and internal stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CCTV and Access Control Systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the Safer Homes team, including general administration, procurement, and asset management.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent IT skills, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including our Eastleigh or Yeovil offices, with occasional home working and travel to different offices.
