Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to play a crucial role within our Configuration Management team. This position is with a prominent organization in the aerospace and defense sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Development: Create essential documentation from diverse stakeholder inputs to facilitate intercompany meetings and record outcomes.
- Meeting Management: Organize meetings, confirm attendance, and oversee communication channels and facilities.
- Report Updating: Regularly update and maintain reports utilizing various data sources.
- Process Improvement: Work alongside the Configuration Management Manager to refine processes, ensuring accurate information is accessible to the broader organization.
- KPI Tracking: Gather data to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators, implementing corrective and preventive measures as necessary.
- Filing System Oversight: Develop and manage the electronic filing system for the department.
Qualifications:

- Technical Aptitude: Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
