About the Role

The NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a Support Officer for the System Coordination Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the management of operational pressures across the Somerset Integrated Care System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the SCC team.
  • Manage the System Coordination Centre inbox and coordinate data collections and assurance returns.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the SCC Team and provide information and advice to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and review SCC processes and documentation.
  • Support project activities and provide administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working within administration, preferably in a healthcare or public sector environment.
  • Experience of complex diary management and facilitation of large-scale complex meetings.
  • Previous experience working in an EPRR or operational management setting.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of the demands of a busy NHS senior management team.
