We are currently recruiting for an
**Administrator** to join our busy St Helens service
** **to provide administrative support to the clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator looking to develop their career with a charity dedicated to your personal and professional development.

This is a fixed term position for 7 months._**
**Where**:St Helens, Merseyside
**Hours**:15 hrs per week
**Salary**:£21,888 to £22,774 (pro rata)
**Responsibilities**:
**Key Activities**:
- To ensure effective processing of correspondence, processing external post and recording incoming post.
- Data Inputting and basic data analysis.
- Inputting client data onto a bespoke data system.
- To minute take at team and other meetings.
- To assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the Nursing Office.
- To assist in monitoring and ordering Clinical Supplies.
- To carry out photocopying/scanning documents as required.
- To assist administration, record-keeping and communication within the project are maintained.
- General house-keeping to ensure the office looks neat and tidy, refilling office stationary and proformas regularly.
**About You**:
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems
- Expertise in working with Word, Excel, and other IT packages
- Experience of maintaining simple databases and other data management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Sound numerical skills
