Change Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced **Administrator** for our busy expanding client based in St.Helens, Merseyside.
- Monday to Friday 8am
- 5:30pm
- 42.5 hours per week
- Career progression
- Weekly pay (A week in arrears)
- Duties_
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Processing works orders.
- Creating stock transfer paperwork.
- Creating goods in labels for deliveries due in
- Admin duties relating to collating weekly staff hours, scanning paperwork onto our system
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments, holidays and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Skills_:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
