HR Administrator

**ADR Network are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work at our client in St Helens**
Main responsibilities for the HR administrator:
- Managing and maintaining employee records and files including processing variation to contracts when required
- Carry out HR administration processes, preparing letters and documents in line with legislation and company policies and procedures
- Act as the initial point of contact for all queries into HR, both face to face and through the HR mailbox, responding and managing resolution
- Archiving HR files / information and ensuring we comply with appropriate GDPR legislation
- Producing MI and ad hoc reports
- General administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the department
- Maintaining/updating employee notice boards
- Supporting the smooth running of payroll
- Proven data entry and administrative experience, with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Can demonstrate excellent effective communication at all levels
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- IT Skills including a good understanding of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
- Proactive/Self Motivated
- Discreet and diplomatic
37.5 hours Mon to Fri 8.00am - 4.00pm (will need to be flexible at times)
