Job Title: HR Advisor
Main ResponsibilitiesThis role involves collaborating with HR Advisors to enhance workforce health and wellbeing by managing sickness absence in line with Attendance Management Policy and Procedure.
- Engage with stakeholders regarding attendance management processes.
- Attend meetings to provide HR advice to management regarding absent staff.
- Partner with HR Advisors in 1:1 training for stakeholders.
- Note taking at meetings as required.
- Contribute to review and continuous improvement of absence-related policies and procedures.
- NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent level of knowledge.
- Achievement of, or willingness to work towards CIPD Level 3 Certificate.
- Significant experience within HR/ Customer Service and/or Resourcing team.
- Experience of providing advice on policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyse and interpret HR statistics.
Estimated Salary Range: £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata)
