Role Overview
This HR Adviser position plays a vital role in promoting workforce wellbeing and addressing sickness absence at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR Advisors to develop and implement attendance management strategies, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Drafting correspondence related to attendance management.
- Participating in stakeholder engagement activities.
- Providing expert advice on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with HR Advisors to improve workforce health and wellbeing.
- Developing and implementing attendance management strategies.
- Reviewing and updating absence-related policies and procedures.
Person Specification
- NVQ Level 3 in administration or equivalent level of knowledge.
- Achievement of, or willingness to work towards CIPD Level 3 Certificate.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum (pro rata), offering a competitive package including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
