Mersey West Lancashire NHS Trust is an exciting and forward-thinking NHS organisation that offers a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our experienced and friendly HR Advisory and Business Partner Team.

The role will involve supporting the management of sickness absence in line with the Trust's Attendance Management Policy and Procedure. You will also be responsible for undertaking administration, producing analytical data and system project tasks to support the effective and consistent management of HR operations across all regions.

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience within HR or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to be a competent user of Information Technology and Microsoft packages, and have a good understanding of the challenges affecting the NHS.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, pro rata, which reflects the importance of this role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
