Crystal Clear Glazing Ltd. are looking to recruit a full time Administrator for our main site in St. Helens.
At Crystal Clear Glazing we work in a fast paced environment and so this exciting and varied role requires someone who can deal with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Hours of work are Mon-Friday 8am - 4pm
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Answering phone calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries and forwarding calls to the correct department
- Arranging the company appointment diary, liaising with colleagues to ensure a robust oversight
- Ordering equipment and resources
- Accepting deliveries from couriers
- Speaking with customers taking enquiries on site
- Updating company software
- Following company policies and procedures
- Supporting the Director with all other administrative requirements

We are looking for someone who may have had admin experience in a similar role. Knowledge of window and door products is highly advantageous although not essential.
