**Salary**: £462 pw
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Accurately and efficiently inputting orders into the system
- Handling phone orders while ensuring top-notch customer service
- Collaborating effectively with a small team to facilitate smooth workshop operations
- Organizing and maintaining important documentation
**Requirements of the role**
- 2 years of administration experience, preferably within Maintenance administration and logging requests to contractors.
- Able to prioritise workload and think on your feet.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Work as a part of a team with an outgoing personality.
- Willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
- To have a good telephone manner.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
