Attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a must, to carry out this varied role.

A knowledge of pump’s, motors and water filtration products would be an advantage.However full training will be provided.

We are looking for a confident and capable individual to work within our St. Austell office.

Collaborating with our customers and engineers to ensure we deliver great customer service. This role will involve consulting with our customers and prioritising the urgency of their requirements. This will require managing a workshop diary, ensuring parts are available for our engineers to complete their jobs. You will be conduct all related administration to build quotations based on the engineers reports and carryout procurement and receive goods in.

A suitable person would need excellent customer service skills, excellent communication, be competent on a telephone and PC; able to use popular software packages and be calm at busy times. Due to the nature of the service, you must be able to work using your own initiative and happy with leading a team.

This role is for an immediate start.

All staff are required to help with training and development of our apprentices.

The physical demands of this role include lifting and moving stock, and the use of stairs.

A full clean driving licence is a must with opportunity to obtain a fork lift licence.
