**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To provide the required administrative support including the maintenance of the data and information held in the Property Services Department electronic IT systems.
CONTACTS AND BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITY
- No supervisory responsibility.
- Frequent contact with Property Services staff (trades operatives, supervisors and managers), other Group companies, tenants and contractors.
- No budgetary responsibility.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
**1 **Use various reports to validate and data cleanse the information held in the Property Services IT systems.
**2 **To input information into, and to extract information out of, the Company’s computerised systems as required.
**3 **Raise repair requests and purchase orders
**4 **To organise and service (including taking minutes) meetings when required.
**5 **To provide and dispatch notices and letters to customers as and when directed.

Collate various performance information/feedback.
**6 **To provide general typing, clerical and administrative assistance to the Property Services Team and, where required, other teams
**7 **Arrange telephone survey appointments with tenants and enter into Coordinators diaries.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.18 per hour
