Property Administrator/Property Maintenance
Part Time (1 full day 4 half days)Monday-Friday
£11.44 per hour

Must have use of own car

We are looking for someone with experience of managing property maintenance at a reasonable volume and who is able to organise themselves to conduct virtual property inspections (video calling) as well as physical inspections of rented residential addresses. This work is done around care package hours and when staff are available to do the inspection with you at the home.

The role involves:

- Arranging to virtual call to inspect at certain times and record that information
- Responding to normally reported maintenance to arrange contractor visits
- Instructing staff as to action needing to be taken as a result of the inspections.
- Out of hours on call up to 8pm (7 days) alternate weeks (hourly rate paid if you are called upon)
- Taking responsibility for the condition of our properties and acting accordingly to address issues
- Physical inspection of those address requiring special attention
- Chasing of staff, contractors, agents etc.
- Prioritising jobs and identifying those most important
- Completing daily administration duties with the department
- Competing daily maintenance tasks/reporting
- Booking in and completing virtual inspections
- Experience preferred but not essential
