We have an exciting new job opportunity to join St. Austell Brewery as an Administration Assistant within the Property Team. The Property Department holds responsibility to maintain, transform and protect all properties within the St Austell Brewery estate. The Team manages scheduled, planned and reactive maintenance to agreed budgets.
The role of Property Administration Support is to work alongside the Head of Property to provide the team with day to day administrative assistance.
**What is it like to be an Administration Assistant**
- You will manage the Head of Property’s diary, arrange transport organise meetings
- You will provide administrative support to the Property Team across a variety of tasks including stationery ordering, uniform ordering, filing, and general office duties
- You will support the Head of Property in arranging monthly and weekly team meetings, collating agendas, PowerPoints and issuing minutes
- You will maintain a log of all current issues in liaison with the Head of Property and the Property Team and issue reports as required
- You will arrange flights and accommodation for members of the Property Team as required

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are able to:
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Be an effective communicator
- Show effective time management
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel and other MS Office packages to an experienced level
