The **Property Maintenance Administrator** is responsible for the maintenance of the fully-managed residential properties we let out to tenants.

Responsibilities will include:

- Responding to maintenance problems as they arise, promptly and efficiently, and recording all relevant information on the property management system
- Instructing appropriate contractors in accordance with landlords’ wishes
- Ensuring maintenance is carried out to successful completion. This to include property visits, as required
- Checking and payment of tradesmen’s invoices
- Monitoring and actioning of gas safety certificate requirements
- Carrying out property inspections, as required
- Dealing with tenant and landlord disputes, as required
- Controlling the cutting, recording for security purposes and issuing of keys, as required
- The Property Maintenance Administrator will maintain efficient working practices for the day-to-day running of the office. This will encompass the organisation of some general admin, record keeping, computerised systems, as required
- The Property Maintenance Administrator may, on occasion, be required to attend property viewings in the absence of the Lettings Negotiator

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
