Job Overview

This part-time payroll administrator position is available in St Austell, supporting a well-established hospitality business. The successful candidate will work closely with the payroll manager to maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with current regulations.

The role involves assisting with new starters and leavers, salary adjustments, absences, and holiday requests. You will also be responsible for processing RTI submissions, administering P60’s, P45’s, and P11D’s, as well as handling employee payroll queries and performing general payroll analysis.

As a key member of the Trial Balance team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll processes. With a minimum 12 months of recently gained experience in a similar setting, you will bring valuable expertise to this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 pro rata, reflecting the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation for its employees.

Key Responsibilities:
