Payroll Specialist

Trial Balance is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to support our payroll manager in a well-established hospitality business in St. Austell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in payroll administration, including maintenance of payroll records.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle new starters and leavers, salary adjustments, absences, and holiday requests.
• Process RTI submissions and ensure existing practices meet current regulations.
• Deal with employee payroll queries and perform general payroll analysis.
• Administer P60’s, P45’s, P11D’s, and process SSP/SPP payments.
Salary and Benefits
Circa: 22,500 Pro Rata per annum.
This is an excellent opportunity for those with minimum 12 months of recently gained exposure in a similar setting. No sector-specific experience required. Practice-based payroll professionals welcome.
