As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the Office Manager and members of the Senior Leadership Team.

Job Purpose:

To provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Office Manager and members of the Senior Leadership Team, including supporting with day-to-day telephone/email enquiries, operational processing, compliance and recruitment administration.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing secretarial/reception/administration support, including diary management, booking appointments, word processing, filing and photocopying. You will also be expected to organise, attend and minute meetings internally and externally to the required standard, and distribute minutes to relevant parties.

Financial Administration:

You will be responsible for understanding and working within the Trust's financial procedures, including purchasing, invoicing, payments and banking. You will liaise with the central finance team, support other staff with understanding the financial procedures, raise purchase orders using PS Financials, manage stock, and regularly scrutinise purchase orders on the system.

General Responsibilities:

You will also be expected to understand and work in accordance with the School's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and other relevant policies. You will attend appropriate training, work as a team member with all school staff, and undertake any other tasks as required by the Senior Leadership Team, which are considered commensurate with the job purpose and grading.

Salary: £29,350 per annum
