Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacy professional to fill the role of Pharmacy Manager. About the Role:
- This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 44 hours of work per week
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacy professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services
- They will also be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of patient care
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc or BPharm)
- GPHC Registration
- Experience in Community Pharmacy preferred but not essential
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Attractive salary range of £50,000 to £63,000 per annum
