Job Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position with 5 days of work per week and approximately 41.5 hours of work. You will be working in two stores, approximately 2-3 miles apart, with opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm in one store and 9am to 12pm in the other.

As a Managing Pharmacist, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and evaluating their suitability for patients.
  • Providing advice on the use of medicines.
  • Counselling patients on the management of chronic diseases.
  • Conducting medication reviews to ensure patients are taking medications as prescribed.
  • Ordering and stocking medications and medical supplies.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure pharmacy environment.
  • Staying up-to-date on new drugs and treatments.
