Service Centre Team Member

At Auto Windscreens, we're driving innovation in the automotive glazing industry. As a Service Centre Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Service Centre Manager and Supervisor in achieving our goals. Your key responsibilities will include completing general Service Centre office tasks, providing help and support to colleagues and customers, and ensuring the efficient running of our network scheduling system.

As a Service Centre Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be based at our Cornwall Service Centre, where you'll be supported by our experienced Service Centre Manager and Supervisor.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Completion of general Service Centre office tasks to support the Service Centre Manager & Service Centre Supervisor.
- Provide help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
- Ensure the efficient running of the network scheduling system by manually intervening where required and maintaining effective communication with external customers, Technicians, Service Centre Supervisor and the Service Centre Manager.
- Provide operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Liaise closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, Technicians and field management.
- Assist with controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
- Ensure Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
