As part of our team, you will support the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor in completing general office tasks, ensuring high compliance levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete Service Centre office tasks to support the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor.
- Provide assistance and support to colleagues and customers.
- Ensure the efficient running of the network scheduling system.
- Communicate effectively with external customers, technicians, and management teams.
- Assist with controlling and replenishing consumable stocks.
- Adhere to Health and Safety processes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor.
