We are seeking a part-time office based Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, managing phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain office files and records accurately.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Aquiring timesheets from engineers and updating to a pay spreadsheet
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft office, and other computerized systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.

Hours of work will be Monday
- Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
