As a skilled Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team at Prestige Skills. We are offering a competitive salary of around £26,000-£32,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. You will also assist with payroll processing, scheduling work for field-based workforce, and recruitment of new engineers. Additionally, you will manage filing systems, deal with emails and post, and perform other administrative duties as required.

About the Position

This is a full-time position with 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. We offer a range of benefits, including 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, a competitive salary, and opportunities for further training and development.


Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Assist with payroll processing, scheduling work for field-based workforce, and recruitment of new engineers.
  • Manage filing systems, deal with emails and post, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Confidence in speaking on the telephone and working as a team player.
