**Support Administrator - St Neots - £23,000 + Bonus**
As their Support Administrator you will be working with a great team of Account Managers, providing them with essential administration support.
You will be responsible for keeping the Sales Team updated with all relevant information, delivering administrative and logístical support as well as occasionally stepping in to support customers.
Key responsibilities
- Loading of quotes and orders for the sales team
- Dealing with customer requests
- Attending internal sales meetings and minute taking
- Updating and maintaining customer database
- Updating system with contact information and account information
- Provide feedback on quality or stock issues to Sales Manager
- Order all office equipment
- Sales figure reporting
Skills & Experience required
- Experience of working within a busy office environment
- A competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
In return they are offering a salary of £23,000 plus a bonus of £4,000 per annum. They also offer an excellent benefits scheme including 22 days, plus Christmas company shut down, option to buy & sell more holidays, Life Assurance, healthcare cash plans and generous employer pension contribution.
