**Customer Service Administrator**
Bedford client is offering a great opportunity for a Administrator to join a small but fast paced sales department. The role requires an organised, enthusiastic self-starter who thrives when working independently, has skills in sales administration and delivers to tight deadlines.
This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be supporting the National and Distribution sales in the day-to-day administration of the department.
Main duties include:
- Daily administration and customer service of specified Key/National Accounts
- Order processing
- Check the status of orders (cancellations, duplications, missing orders etc.)
- Check stock status - if insufficient stock liaises with Purchase Dept. - if stock requires to have Works Order liaise with Purchase Dept. and Warehouse (ensure that requested delivery date can be met)
- Ensure product codes, quantities, boxed quantities, and prices are correct.
- Liaise with customer (and/or Head of Sales) if any details on the order are incorrect, or if part of the order cannot be delivered on due date, or if delivery date cannot be met.
- Liaise with Warehouse on queries relating to picking of order/delivery manifests.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is prepared in readiness for shipment to be collected by transport company.
