Our role will provide opportunity to develop and broaden your experience and skills with new challenges.

We are looking for a confident and effective Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales and Estimating Team operating at our offices in St. Neots.

You will support our operations and your varied responsibilities will include:

- Following up with sales leads to ensure clients are kept up to date.
- Preparation of quotations, input and maintenance of the company’s CRM system.
- Administering of purchasing, goods and services, raising purchase orders and management of raw materials and components.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and escalate any issues. Help identification of potential savings/cost reductions/efficiencies.
- Support to the sales manager, ensuring all new orders are input and changes managed, escalating any conflicts arising.
- Help ensure the Company quality procedures are followed.
- Act as a point of contact for clients.

Requirements and Skills:

- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good attention to detail.
- Competent in IT including Word, Excel and inhouse systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team.
