Transport and Compliance Administrator

The Lanes Group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our St Neots Depot to focus on Transport and Compliance.

**The Job**

The Transport and Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring the team has the correct equipment and information to complete all works safely and efficiently.

You will have responsibility for company vehicles and plant within the Depot making sure they are calibrated and serviced correctly with the support of the transport division.

You will also be responsible for planning maintenance of vehicles, generating fuel reports, Driving Licence Checking for staff, checking vehicles have current MOT and VED and liaising with insurers in the processing of claims etc.

You will also be responsible for supporting the Administrator with any ad hoc duties such as answering calls, raising PO’s etc as well as covering if needed.
