**Job description**
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a **Receptionist/ Administrator in St Neots.**
**Person Attributes;**
- Smart, presentable, good disposition, approachable - you are the first contact people will have
- Able to communicate at all levels - able to liaise with other admin staff, engineers, directors, managers
**The role;**
- Meet and greet visitors to site
- Identify where they are going/who they are visiting and direct them as necessary
- Call the host to come and escort the visitor if required
- Manage the room booking system and set up meetings for the client and wider team.
- Prepare refreshments for those booked in the meeting room if requested
- Clear away and tidy up each meeting room as required and prepare for next meeting
- Efficient and economic stock management
- Sending, receiving, and distributing post
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required by your Line Manager.
- To attend professional development training courses to improve and maintain best working practices relevant to the core skills required.
- Requirement to attend Skanska related Team Talks/Safety Stand ups/downs or any other associated meetings deemed necessary by Skanska or the client
- Working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday - 30 minutes lunch break
- Salary - £15.00
- Term - 4 months, possibly longer
