Our non-profit charitable organisation is currently seeking 2 X **Part Time Receptionist **on permanent bases who is inspired by playing an important role in changing people’s lives and therefore communities.

We are seeking a pro-active, customer focused individual with passion for providing excellent front-of-the-house customer service.
**Key tasks**:
- Communicate and engage with both the public and within an organisation.
- Provide information on the organisation’s services and responding to queries.
- Provide good quality, efficient and effective administration support to the team including data entry and record keeping.
- Help in the daily running of the Family Centres, such as dealing with enquiries and bookings.
- Provide support to local partner agencies visiting and providing services in the Family Centre buildings.
**Experience, skills, and abilities**:
- Exceptional face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Strong organisational skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with customer service skills that can deliver exceptional results.
- High degree of flexibility, responsibility, and reliability.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role.
Our centre operates 7 days a week. Working hours will vary and you would be required to work some weekends. We operate monthly rota system. Shift times are between 7am - 6pm, 9am - 3pm, 3pm - 9pm. Approx. 22 hrs per week.
