Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding patient care, managing diaries, and working closely with the dental team to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient flow and ensure efficient use of time.
- Process payments and chase outstanding debt in a timely manner.
- Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other external partners.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- IT skills and ability to learn new software systems.
