**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the school's main reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with student admissions, enrolment, and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate student records and databases, including attendance, grades, and contact information.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for school staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and leadership to ensure efficient school operations.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles, essentially in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
