The Lytham Dental Clinic are looking for a new member to join our family We are looking for a Front of House receptionist to help expand our team and to provide the best care to our patients.

We are one of the leading dental clinics working with Digital Dentistry and pride ourselves on offering the best to all patients and employee's.

Key Responsibilities:
**Patient Interaction**:

- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.

**Appointment Management**:

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain an organised appointment book and manage changes efficiently.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Handle billing
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with dental team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Relay messages between patients and dental staff.
- Notify patients of upcoming appointments and follow-ups.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and complaints promptly.
- Educate patients on office policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient forms and documentation.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical office.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management software
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: £8.60-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.25 per week
