Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and assist with meeting arrangements
- Handle clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with clients and colleagues

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite for managing documents and communication
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Prior experience in an office environment handling various administrative responsibilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £11.44 per hour
