Making A Difference as An Admin Officer in Business Support, Children’s Social Care
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Admin Officer to work in the Children’s Social Care Business Support Team.
This post will be responsible for the administration and minute taking of a number of meetings and panels across the service, along with providing administration support to the wider Social Care Team.
This post is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and has the ability to liaise with customers, managers, colleagues and other agencies.
You must have the ability to work within allocated timescales and will be expected to provide cover when required within the team. You must also have a proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment and be able to use your own initiative.
The successful applicants will have:

- Experience of working within office administration
- Experience of minuting meetings
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
