Healthcare Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Medical Receptionist to join our team at Phoenix Medical Centre. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and staff members. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Main Duties:
• Provide professional reception and administrative services to patients and staff members
• Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate records
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and care delivery
• Participate in activities required by CQC registration
Essential Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
&ull; NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or NVQ Level 2 Customer Services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with patient information
• Estimated salary: £31,500 per annum (pro rata)
