Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to join our team at Phoenix Medical Centre. As a key member of our administration staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality reception and administrative services to patients, doctors, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the practice, handling enquiries efficiently and courteously.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
- Process repeat prescriptions, handle payments, and perform other administrative tasks as required
