About Us:
Phoenix Medical Centre is a small, friendly practice serving 3,500 patients. Our team consists of one GP partner, six clinical staff, and six administrative staff. We have additional ARRS staff, including a Clinical Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, FCP, Care Coordinator, Social Prescribers, and a Mental Health Practitioner. Our practice has a special interest in minor surgery and joint injections. We are part of the Central Primary Care Network and have good relationships with other practices.

Job Description:
You will be the face of our practice, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. You will work closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality care and services. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will also participate in activities required by CQC registration. The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum (pro rata)
