Duties
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Communicating and liaising with employees, customers and clients with new and on-going projects.
- Raising purchase orders and communicating with suppliers.
- Creating and checking job packs for the works scheduled.
- General day to day administration.

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing and data entry abilities
- Knowledge of risk assessments and method statements is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Experience with portal based software / scheduling
