Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointments Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional support to our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Enter patient details accurately onto the Patient Administration System (PAS) on a daily basis, adhering to strict timescales.
  • Compile clinic status lists 6 weeks in advance, taking into account clinical urgency and other factors.
  • Contact patients by telephone to explain reasons for cancellation or changes to their appointments.
  • Conduct data checks on computerized systems and amend any errors.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a call centre or similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Clerical experience and knowledge of medical terminology.
Working with Us

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive team environment.

Estimated Salary: £24,800 per annum
