Issuing Contracts etc to contractors / agency workers

Updating contractor / agency worker records in various systems

Responsible for supporting internal audits

Assisting with administrative tasks for adhoc projects

- Ensuring compliance with relevant Data Privacy and Protection regulations and policies

Qualifications:
Secondary school education or equivalent is preferred

Knowledge, skills and experience:

- Strong skills in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HRIS tools preferred
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment desirable
