Urgent requirement for a HR Administrator to join a leading Energy Service company. Based in Aberdeen City Centre this permanent role offers hybrid working and is best suited to those with demonstrable experience in a similar HR role.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring, managing, and distributing queries received to the HR, Contractor Liaison, and Training inboxes.
- Providing advice to Senior Coordinators on various general HR matters, including workload updates and outstanding service agreements.
- Engaging in projects as discussed and agreed upon with Senior Coordinators.
- Coordinating with health providers to schedule medical exams, random drug screenings, and staff health surveillance, ensuring timely completion of all paperwork.
- Administering training requests, ensuring management approval is obtained and handling training bookings and logistics as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and maintain data privacy standards.
- Supervising the preparation of employment contracts, service agreements, amendments, renewals, and other contractual documentation.
- Supporting new employees and contracting companies throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintaining HR records, files, and systems in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
