Hr Administrator

We are looking to add a HR Administrator to our team in Aberdeen.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to add value to the HR team at a time of rapid growth.
The key responsibilities are: Managing the full employee lifecycle administration, from onboarding new starters to processing leavers Monitor the HR shared inbox and being the responsible person for answering the majority of HR & payroll queries Collating payroll data for processing Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and various employee correspondence Ensure that all HR systems are updated and that data is maintained to a high level of accuracy Support HR meetings including note-taking Creating and updating HR documents Assisting with the recruitment process including advertising vacancies Collation of monthly MI data and reports Assist with HR and payroll project work as required Positively interface with people at all levels of the company Ability to generate communication and documents to support a quality HR service to the business To be an active member within the HR team by participating within team, communicating and keeping other members of the HR team appraised of issues and progress Supporting the Senior Management Team as appropriate, completing specific focused tasks, to support the continuing improvement in operational excellence and the long term Company strategy Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified, in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
This role reports to the Senior HR Advisor.
Applicants must also have the following attributes: Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office applications, particularly Microsoft Word & Excel Strong administrative and organisational skills with proven and consistent attention to detail Excellent communication and written skills Ability to work using own initiative, plan and organise a high and varied workload and deal with changing / conflicting demands and priorities within the focus of the business Ability to work unsupervised, alone or within a team towards a shared goal and to take responsibility for effectiveness of work Experience of dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information, and with a high level of professional and personal integrity Experience of data inputting with high accuracy levels To adopt a "Continuous Improvement" ethos within the team and strive to always do better Right to Work in the UK This is an exciting position within a fast paced team giving the successful applicant a chance to develop in a variety of areas.
Previous experience working in an HR environment is not essential.
