**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administrator, based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Updating and maintaining accurate records of employee information in relevant systems
- Preparing employment documents (e.g. Offer Letters, Contract of Employment, Amendment to T&CS)
- Administering the onboarding process for new hires
- Administering the offboarding process for leavers
- Collating and preparing relevant employee information for Payroll
- Collating and administrating HR data for internal and external requirements
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment process (e.g. uploading vacancies, scheduling of interviews)
- Assist in organizing employment events (e.g. Career Fairs)
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries:

- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by HR Business Partner

Experience & Qualifications:

- IT literate
- Desirable but not essential - use of HRIS
