**HR Administrator Opportunity - Come Work with us**
Working at our UK HQ in Dyce we offer you the opportunity to join a team of inspiring, innovative HR professionals. You will sit within the HR Shared Services team but work closely with our HR Advisory team, Learning & Development, Compensations & Benefits and Employee Engagement colleagues.
You will provide administrative support in the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit management. This is including absence management, adoption/ maternity leave/ paternity/ shared leave, contractual changes, payroll administration and other general administration processes.
You will become familiar and proficient with our HR system, FOX, and will be relied upon to ensure that all data is accurately captured within the system so that it can be used to influence decisions within the business.
In this role you will liaise with all levels of personnel from site operatives to Directors.
You will also be provided with an opportunity to support in larger HR projects, such as Diversity Equity & Inclusion. **JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Job Description HR Administrator with Stork**:
Perform all administrative activities related to the hiring, changes and termination of employees contract and personal data according to local labour laws, corporate procedures and standards in such a way that all employees’ data is administered correctly.
**Tasks and Responsibilities as HR Administrator**:
**Administration and correspondence**
- Prepare employment contract for new employees based on information delivered by HR.
- Check remuneration requested in each employment contract against applicable C&B and HR policies.
- Change employees contractual and personal data based on information delivered by HR.
- Terminate employees contracts based on information delivered by HR.
- Record all changes in employee contract and personal data in the personnel administration.
- Inform employees, HR, Payroll and management on administrated changes.
**Information**
- Inform and answer questions about HR policies, procedures, laws, collective bargaining agreements and company schemes, systems, working conditions and arrangements for employees and managers.

- Vocational (for instance additional courses related to Human Resources)
**Experience and Skills**
- Moderate experience in a similar role
- Experience working with HR procedures, HR Systems and supporting HR administration tasks.
- Ability to answer general HR questions that are received in to the team mailbox. Is also able to organise and plan activities related to HRM themes.
